When you’re needing a safe, accepting, confidential space to help you…

…figure things out, explore your identity, find your voice, speak your truth, understand your feelings, heal from trauma, grow in confidence, relate more authentically and connect more freely…

Lance has been a registered psychologist for over 20 years now, focusing on individual counselling and therapy with teenagers and adults. He uses an integrative approach rooted in psychodynamic therapy but tailored to suit and help particular individuals rather than limiting himself and his clients to just one approach or school of thought. His approach is therefore deeply relationship focused and each therapy process is unique. Although this kind of therapy does address symptoms it also seeks to address the underlying causes of these symptoms so that there is personal growth and an acquisition of a skill set that endures long after the therapy process has ended.

Lance has worked for many years in schools and universities and has focused on helping LGBTIQA+ youth and young adults, in working with identity, anxiety and mood problems (such as depression and bipolar) and also in the area of social and leadership skill development.
